Terms of delivery (Books)
Shipping
All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail Track & Sign service. Shipping rates will be shown on the checkout page. We will confirm all shipping costs before finalizing your sale.
Payment method
All list prices are inclusive of sales tax unless otherwise stated. Please note that national taxes may have to be paid on imports for deliveries outside the EU. We accept credit card payments via Stripe.
Changes to your order
Please note: We cannot make any changes to your order after you have submitted it. If you need to update the shipping address or wish to change the books you have ordered, you will need to request a cancellation and order again. If the parcel has already been shipped and you need to change the shipping address, you will need to contact the local delivery company once the parcel has arrived in the country of delivery.
Returns policy
If the content of your order is incorrect, or if it arrives damaged, you are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price, including any original shipping costs. In the case of a return made for reasons other than a damaged or incorrect delivery, the purchaser bears only the total shipping costs but gets a full refund of the purchase price. To receive a refund, please return your item/s to us within 14 days of the delivery date and in the same condition you received it. Terms of delivery (Artwork / Prints)
MenOnPaper Art ships artworks globally. Listed prices for our artworks are exclusive of shipping, which will be quoted on an individual basis. Shipping rates are determined based on the artwork size, weight, and the originating and destination addresses. We will confirm all shipping costs before finalizing your sale.
All confirmed orders with cleared funds are dispatched as soon as possible, and typically within 10-21 business days, depending on the destination address. You will be notified immediately should delivery take longer than expected, and will receive tracking information by email when your order has been shipped.
Framing
Except where otherwise noted, MenOnPaper Art prints are sold unframed. Upon request, we will be happy to provide guidance on appropriate framing options.
Payment
Artworks may be subject to duties, taxes and/or fees, which will be calculated on the basis of your delivery address.
We accept payments by PayPal.
Damaged goods
Great care is taken to ensure safe delivery, so receiving damaged art is a rare occurrence. We recommend handling of all unframed pieces by a certified art handler to avoid any unintended damage at the time of receipt/inspection. If your artwork is damaged in transit or faulty and you wish to order a replacement, please notify us within 3 days of receipt. Please save the box and all packaging material; we must have these items in order to process the claim.
Project Proposals
Our book projects are typically defined far in advance, meaning we are rarely able to accommodate additions to our upcoming editorial program. If you would nevertheless like to submit a proposal, please send a brief outline and a small selection of 1 – 5 accompanying images to info@menonpaperart.com. Files should not exceed 300 KB each. Your email will be forwarded on to the appropriate editorial department and you can expect to hear back from us within six weeks of your submission.

Storage of Access Data in Server Log Files
You can visit our website without providing any personal information. For the purpose of executing the order, we provide your information to the shipping company responsible for delivery to the extent necessary to effect delivery. Depending on which payment service provider you chose during the ordering process, we will share the necessary payment information with the credit institute commissioned with the payment and possibly with the payment service provider commissioned by us and/or the selected payment service. Sometimes the chosen payment service providers collect this information themselves if you open an account with them.
